Returns are allowed for defective or damaged items only if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Exchanges or refunds will be issued upon verification of claim. If you return an item that is not damaged or defective, we may credit your card for the selling price less a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges will be allowed for clothing sizes, if available, but customer is responsible for any incurred shipping costs. Returns for merchandise must be received in original packaging and free of greasy fingerprints. Merchandise must be able to be resold as brand new. Buyer pays actual UPS shipping rates. UPS shipping days are Monday through Friday -- they do not deliver or run on Saturdays and Sundays. WE SHIP WITHIN THE USA (50 STATES) ONLY.
